An opportunity to work with the lunar cycle to enrich the way we live, setting a grounding foundation to navigate the lunar cycle ahead.


A beautiful process of coming to sit in circle at the Dark/ New moon portal.

Through Ritual, Pranayama Breathwork, Somatics, Dance, Gentle Movement, Journaling, Art Therapy and Meditation we shift stagnant energy and limiting beliefs to invite in a new way of thinking and being.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • An inclusive space, welcoming people of all genders, backgrounds, sexualities and cultures

  • Accessible to all bodies and all levels of experience, chairs available if you prefer to not be on the floor

  • Venue has 23 steps with hand rails to access studio and bathroom

  • Small numbers to allow for a meaningful container

  • Trauma informed facilitation with gentle guidance while supporting your autonomy

  • Yoga mats, cushion and Blankets provided

  • Palo Santo cleansing
