ABOUT THE CLASS:
We gather to move our bodies from a place of enquiry and curiosity.
Classes are a mix of Yoga Asana, Somatic Movement and Pranayama Breathwork, there may also be some Mantra and Mudra.
With a Trauma Sensitive approach there will be options for different ways to move your body.
You will be encouraged to take up space and participate in a way that feels best for you.
Classes start with a grounding practice, gently warm up and intentional movement , breathwork (pranayama) throughout
finishing with mediation, savasana, supported rest
For those who:
- Are curious about yogic asana beyond classic vinyasa class 
- Would like to move their body from a place of enquiry and curiosity 
- Interested in yogic breathwork (pranayama) 
- would like to find more spaciousness and ease in their body 
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- An inclusive space, welcoming people of all genders, backgrounds, sexualities, caste and cultures 
- Trauma informed facilitation with gentle guidance while supporting your autonomy 
- Accessible to all bodies and all levels of experience 
- Small numbers to allow spaciousness and comfort 
THE SPACE: last peek studio
- This is a welcoming studio used for life drawing (check out their Wednesday classes) and yoga at other times 
- This means we have all the yoga props ready for you, you can bring your own mat if you prefer 
- Think Soft lighting and cosy vibes, 
- We are NEXT DOOR to YOGAVILLE, Look for the inspirational quotes in the front window, I repeat we are next to YOGAVILLE…. NOT YOGAVILLE 
- This also means you will likely catch a glimpse of interesting and gorgeous Art Props on your way to the bathroom and kitchen for a cuppa. 
- There is 1 step to access the building from the front 
- Matts, Blankets, Blocks and Bolsters are provided 
- Tram 11 stops right out the front, Parking is available on Gilbert Rd, as well as in the side streets of Burgess St and Miller St 
- We recommend allowing at least 15 minutes to park, as sometimes parking can be hard 
- There are fixed bicycle lock-up bars at the front of the building 
- The building is wheelchair accessible from the front with a ramp. Please let me know advance so this entrance ready for you 
- Bathrooms are Gender neutral
