Guided by a fat teacher who offers accessible, trauma informed yoga?

A class centred around enquiry and curiosity, where you are welcome and celebrated exactly as you are?

About the class:

We gather to move our bodies from a place of enquiry and curiosity.

Classes are a mix of Yoga Asana, Somatic Movement, Pranayama Breathwork, Mantra and Mudra. 

With a Trauma Sensitive approach there will be options for different ways to move your body.

You will be encouraged to use house hold items as props and to participate in a way that feels best for you.

Designed to be done in small spaces.

Classes start with a grounding practice, gently warm up and intentional movement, breathwork (pranayama) throughout

finishing with mediation, savasana, supported rest


What to expect:

  • An inclusive space, welcoming people of all genders, backgrounds, sexualities, caste and cultures

  • Trauma informed facilitation with gentle guidance while supporting your autonomy

  • Accessible to all bodies and all levels of experience

  • Lots of options for each shape

  • We will support you to use household items as props

  • Jane will be showing the shapes on the screen and Rhi will be in the chat box offering support and helping answer your questions

  • Are curious about yogic asana beyond classic vinyasa class

  • Those who can’t make it to our Sunday in person classes, or would simply would like a mid week class

Can’t get to our in-person classes? Would like to do some yoga on a Wednesday from home, we got you!

  • On zoom and accessible from your phone or lap top, even cast us on the TV!

  • Jane will be guiding the practice on the screen and Rhi will be in the Chat box offering support and answering your questions

  • Don’t have props, and live in a small space, no worries!

  • Our first class will be Chair yoga… All you need is a Dining style Chair and a scarf/ jumper/ pear of pants to use

    for resistance, we will explain more in booking e-mail and in class

  • Beginner friendly and designed for you to do in a small space
