First Quarter

Welcome to your First Quarter Moon Breathwork Morning Practice

For this session you will need:

  • Quiet place around the size of a yoga mat 

  • Warm cup of tea or glass of water

  • Cushion, block, bolster or folded towel to sit on (you may choose to lay down though)

  • Candle and lighter/ matches

  • Tissues

  • Blanket

Altar, Giving Grace and Gratitude


Continuing on with Altar connection if you have chosen this path, its a nice time to sit at your altar.

Take a few conscious connected breaths. Maybe taking a hand to heart centre or to belly, somewhere that feels supportive.

Is anything arising that would like to be journaled, or said aloud?

The invitation here is to give yourself grace on something you may be giving yourself a hard time on. Possibly taking pen to paper or saying aloud “I give myself grace with ……..”

And finally taking a moment to lean into Gratitude. Is there one thing you can name you are grateful for? again, pen to paper or saying aloud “I am grateful for……”
